What to Expect
To make an appointment, please fill in the contact form on the website. We will get back to you and arrange either a face to face or zoom/phone consult depending on your preference.
Prior to your appointment we will send you a comprehensive health questionnaire. You will be asked to return this at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. It is very important to fill this in on time, as it helps you get the most out of your consult if Sophie has had a chance to review your form prior to your arrival.
Your initial appointment will usually last around two hours. Depending on the nature of your condition you may be given an initial plan and remedies, and suggested timing for a follow-up appointment. Some people only need one consult, some need two, and others may need a series of consults over a few months to unwind a more chronic process.
In between consults you will be able to email Sophie with any queries your have about your treatment.
At Herb South Sophie is working as an integrative GP / medical herbalist. Please note the clinic does not provide the full range of services that you will find at your usual GP. We encourage you to stay registered with your usual GP.
