About the Herbal Learning Garden

The herbal learning garden provides us with herbs for many of the remedies we create at Herb South. It is also a teaching resource, with over 130 different medicinal herbs growing on-site. We are determining which plants grow best in our climate so we can use those herbs in creating herbal remedies, and recommend them to others from our region who are interested in starting their own herb garden. In addition to the herb garden, there is 200 square metre vegetable garden.
